Once again I would like to thank and congratulate the Delegate Services team at Tour Hosts for their outstanding service and professional manner in which all duties were carried out in relation to the Meetings & Events Australia (MEA) 21^st and 22^nd National Conferences in 2009.

MEA conferences are attended by professionals in all fields of the meetings and events industry who can be quite hard to impress as they themselves organise numerous conferences and events. We received very positive feedback in regards to the registration process.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with you in the lead up to the conference. Everyone involved demonstrated dedication, attention to detail and professionalism required to manage a conference for conference and event managers. The behind the scenes work that Tour Hosts undertook with delegate registrations prior to the conference made our job on-site much easier.
